Who drew the 1977 Asmodeus from the Monster Manual?

According to the MM, David C. Sutherland, D. A. Trampier, Tom Wham or Jean Wells. I can't find a signature or initials, so that doesn't help.

For years my best guess has been Trampier -- it's more "Him" than Sutherland by a lot. And Jean Wells doesn't really count. I think it's gotta either be Trampier of maybe, maybe Wham.

"DAT" is on sooooo many of those old illustrations -- if he did Asmodeus, why isn't there a DAT?

And what did Wham do in that book, anyway. It seems as though 99% are either Sutherland or Trampier -- and Wells doesn't count.

I just want proof it was Trampier, that's all.

His signature is on a lot of his art in TSR books, but not all. If you match up the line work from his other stuff to the Asmodeus pic, it's a pretty sure thing that he did it.
