Please cancel my Skull & Shackles subscription. I am extremely disappointed with how the PACG was handled and with the website still having issues after several weeks I can no longer trust that I will get my product at all. I might sign up again in the future but for now I can't justify putting my faith in Paizo.

And still waiting. Paizo, you are a well respected business but you are not doing yourself any favors as of late. Maybe in the future higher temp customer service people during Con time. Because as of right now I am 50/50 whether it is worth staying with you. I love your subscription model but am being forced by your inaction to cancel my subscriptions and orders and buy elsewhere.
