I am requesting an update on this order please. As yet, I have received no notification of the order being shipped. Additionally, my subscription page displays the current order as "pending" (and has for 3 weeks now), and the next subscription order (which has not yet been processed) includes duplicates of some of the items in this order, scheduled to ship in September. Obviously I don't want to purchase the same items twice.

We've been having manufacturing issues with the Character Add-On Deck, and we're waiting for copies to arrive from our printer. I've moved your copies to your sidecart along with the promo cards to ship at a future date. Please note you'll still be receiving them, but we've had issues getting them in. Vic Wertz, our CTO, has more information on this complication here.

We should have your Base Set shipping out asap. We'll have your Character Add-On Deck and Promotional Cards to you with the closest subscription shipment we can. Thanks Cap'n!

Thanks for the update... but do you mean to tell me that I'll no be paying extra for two separate shipments? Or will the combined shipping and handling of the two orders be the same as what it was supposed to be originally, before the foul-up?

When we ship them out with your next subscription shipment they shouldn't add any additional cost to the package.
