Vic Wertz has more information available on the current state of the Character Add-On Deck here, which has been holding up a number of orders. Due to the fact we're still waiting for it to arrive, we'll be shipping your Skull & Shackles Base Set asap and shipping the Character Add-On Deck & Promos once we're able to.

We should be sending an official email about this in the near future. You will not be charged for them a second time. I really appreciate your patience, please let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be glad to address them.
