Hey! This order is a bit old, but I did send you a mail the same day I received it and since I got no response...yeah.
Anyway, I didn't get Adventure Path #67: Snows of Summer in the package, despite me ordering it and it being on the delivery note. I know it might be too late to ask now, but I'd like my money back for the thing I didn't receive, or, if possible, have the missing book shipped to me free of charge. If neither is possible, then so be it. I just want this mistake to be corrected, if possible. =)

Sorry we hadn't gotten to your email yet DD,

Your order was shipped from our warehouse on the 18th with an estimated arrival time of 6 to 10 business days, so it should have arrived by now. Before I take further action, can you contacted your local customs officials or postal providers to see if they may have the package in holding at this time? The package has not been returned to our offices yet, so it's still out and about in the postal channels at this time.

If they're unable to assist you let me know, and I'll be glad to take further action. Thanks!

Oh, you misunderstood me. I do have the package already(Box is right next to me, in fact. xD), I just didn't get one of the things I ordered. That's what my issue is all about. Think it's possible to somehow get me my item still? Or is it too late by now?
