I'll say to you the same I say to all new GMs-to-be:
Get the scenarios that you have played and have enjoyed the hell out of. This enthusiasm translates very well when you take your place behind the screen. As your preference may differ from mine, I leave this for you to decide, though I will say this. I have run My Enemy's Enemy several times and have enjoyed it more and more with every run. Similarly, I like Severing Ties because of the shinanigans players can do along the way. (Note, I have no idea if these are ones on sale as they're both Season 4 scenarios). For season 0, I like running The Prince of Augustana just for the characters and hazards.
Similarly, though also conversely, get the scenarios you played and thought could have been run better. Think the GM did a piss-poor job running a session, time to try your hand and do it better! Don't let other players suffer the same fate as you! You might find a new favourite.
Finally, the obvious, go for the 4 and 5 star rated scenarios! Some high-rated scenarios are duds and some brilliant scenarios are rated low, but for the most part the rating system is a good guide.
