Promo Cards and How to Get'em All?

I just bought the game, but I really want the promos.
Does anyone knows how they were originally sold and how many of them there exists?

If you subscribe direct from Paizo, the promos are all sent to you with that month's stuff.

Retailers also sometimes get them -typically dished out to regulars I'd imagine.

Most can be found online -auction sites etc, but expect to pay a lot.

I believe the FAQ has a full list of them.

I bought at least 4 of mine on ebay.com and paid anywhere from $15-$20 a piece. I'm a little obsessed and came to the party late though. Honestly, the 4 promos included in the S&S base set are the only reason I didn't cancel my subscription for the base set (I'm not making it to GenCon this year).
