Dear Paizo Customer Service-
I do apologize for the inconvenience, but could you please remove the Dungeons & Dragons Next RPG: Starter Set from my side cart as I no longer wish to order this item.
In addition I would like to add the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game to my subscription list, but before I do I have an inquiry. Since I have already paid for the Skull & Shackles Base Set with the Character Add-On Deck this past December, am I able to add the PACG to my subscription list without being charged again? I know this is an unusual issue and I want to make sure it is feasible before making such a request. I await your reply regarding this matter. Thank you all for your time and excellent service and have a pleasant day.

I have cancelled your copy of the Dungeons & Dragons Next RPG: Starter Set as requested.
To ensure you can start a subscription for the Adventure Card Game without overlap I've cancelled the preorder for the Base Set and Character Add-On deck and issued a full refund for it in store credit, which has been assigned to your next subscription shipment. You should now be good to start a subscription to the card game and have the amount that was paid previously applied to it. :)
If you want to do a follow up post here I can review the subscription once its been placed to ensure everything transitions smoothly. Thanks!

Everything appears to be in order as the store credit displays in my account, and the order process to add the PACG went fine. I think there might be just some minor display issues regarding sidecart items as the Add-On deck appears on the My Subscriptions page but not under the My Account page. The reverse is also truer for the PACG Base Set. I have seen this happen before so I am not too worried. Thank you Erik, and the rest of the Paizo Customer Service staff, for your patience and diligence in this matter. You guys and gals are awesome in all that you do for us.
Sidenote: Just under 300 days 'til PaizoCon. Tick tock tick tock :)
