new minis line Iconics + minis from Innersea guide

Eric would consider doing a mini line that comprised all of the Iconics,
minis taken from the Inner sea guide and the NPC Codex. I would really like the Halfling ranger and paladin, Kitsune,Nagaji and perhaps some of the planes touched races. Thats and easy 48 minis.

The odds of seeing a large minis set that consists exclusively of NPC/PC types (or exclusively of monsters) is pretty low. If we did that, we'd lose sales to people who say they have too many PC/NPCs (or monsters) already. Large sets need some minis that appeal to everybody.

Vic, would be possible to alternate sets say do 30 pc/npc 15 monsters doing one type on monster like outsiders or undead. Then the next set 30 monsters 15 of one type and 15 of another type and 15 PC type figs.

Pazio has some great art work that just begs to be made into minis.

Again, anything that diminishes variety (like only doing one type of monster) is detrimental to a large set.

I think you could have a success by just releasing smaller iconics packs, say 4,5 or even 6 minis. Much like the original release or the new D&D starter. I know I'd be up for them.

I think that what Cat-thulhu is suggesting would be a good seller. I like getting the iconics so I can use them with new players that are playing the first few times. That way they see their pregen character sheet and the mini also, would help show the possibilities for their characters.

The Beginners clam shell pack was great in getting Kyra, Valeros, Merisiel, Ezren, was great in getting a few of the iconics.

Now if I want to get any of the iconics I need to hope to get one in a booster pack from a set or go online and pay a high price.

I was thinking maybe Paizo can do something like what they did for We Be Goblins, and the Undead.
