Taking Xanesha alive

The next session my players are going against big X. And they know that it's going to be a hard battle, with a very possible TPK outcome. So summoner has a plan to try grapple Xanesha, pin her and tie with his eidolon. It's a 50-50 chance, but I can see that it's possible for them to pull it off.
So, if they manage to achieve it, and secure her for interrogation (cannot imagine how, but surely they would try), will Xanesha speak? Ans what would she tell?


She wears a Sihedron Medallion and knows what it is. This means that Karzoug can monitor everything she says, nothing the pc's can do will scare her as much as Karzoug. She will lie , cheat , tell unimportant things and generally avoid betraying a Rune Lord who after triumphing over the pc's will crush her, even if he has to have her resurrected so he can have her soul tormented eternally.
Using the Dipomacy modifiers I would set it as at least +15 probably +20 to the DC to convince her to talk setting it to 45+ which is probably difficult at the level of the pc's

Given that X has a rather impressive CMD of 35 (also, mirror image, invisibility) and an at-will Wis drain by touch, I suspect that grappling her might be both difficult and unrewarding. So I shouldn't worry about it too much. And even if they do start chatting, Charm Monster and Suggestion.


Yeah, her stats against CM are good, but summoner wants to smuggle into battle his eidolon with greater invisibility, and then enlarge and give him an evolution through spell (to the total of +17 to eidolon's CMB). Xanesha would be denied her dex bonus, if attacked from invisibility, so there's a chance for victory (even a bigger one, if all other characters - 4 pc and 1 cohort - will live long enough to aid eidolon in his maneuvers).
If, of course, eidolon will manage to grapple her, not an image.

- forgot about medallion. On other side, I don't think big K is constantly monitoring her, and knowing my players, they'll strip everything valuable from her instantly. Without it, she still would not talk, but I fear, bringing her in to Hellknigts may crack her. I figure that Karzoug is bored , he is stuck unable to go anywhere and only a few minions to boss around. So he spies on people learning about the new world he will conquer. Of all his agents Xanesha is in one of the most interesting places so he checks on her regularly , when the medallion is not being worn by her he can unleash his full arsenal of scrying spells and find out whats happening. Xanasha knows this.
Her options are
1)Betray Karzoug and pray someone stops Karzoug (actually a good plan but she has no reason to think these bozo's can take Karzoug)
2) Stay loyal and get imprisoned, tortured or killed. Imprisoned means she is out in a few years when the Big K takes over, killed means that she can hope for a Resurrection for her loyal service, Torture is unlikely to be as bad as that Karzoug will unleash.

Overall her best bet is to try and talk her way out with generalities and trivia, infact she has a good bluff so some story about being a Korvosan agent trying to destabilize Magnimar sounds good sends everyone off on a red herring and if they start fighting hopefully thats more greedy souls for the Big K.
If they don't fall for that or even if they do she probably ends up in prison , tries to collect any greedy souls there, escape if she can and wait for the rise of her Lord.
