Hello,

I received this shipment on July 5th. The card game and the promo card are absolutly fine, but all three books arrived damaged. Is there a way
to get these books replaced?

I wrote emails concerning this to customer service on July 5th and again on July 12th. Attached to those emails were pictures of the damaged books.

Until now I haven't received an answer.
