Anyway...
It's going to be a busy day. I'll do a bit more posting. Then some job hunting. After that, I've got to shower and run over to the Scout shop for a few items needed at tonight's Court of Honor.
And by 11 am, or shortly thereafter, I've got to order all the pizza for the Court of Honor tonight. I'm going to pick it up this time, instead of having it delivered. This way, if they screw up the order, I can get angry to their faces.
Ugh.
Got all the way over to the scout shop this morning. Arrived just before they were supposed to open. Waited just over half an hour, and no one showed. F%#king incompetence!
I basically ended up wasting over an hour of time and some gas. And now one scout won’t get all his merit badges.
At least, not until next week’s meeting.
Because I’m going back to the scout shop on Saturday. They will not enjoy my visit.
At least I was still able to get home before Pizza Zone opened, and was able to order the pizzas for tonight early.
And then play some D4. NEW EXPANSION PACK!!!
We shall see. It certainly has....potential. Whether that potential is good or bad is the real question. Or mayhap a bit of both?
The Court of Honor went very smoothly last night. I left part way into the ceremony to go pick up the pizza, so I didn't have to sit through at least some of the boring parts. Although I did have to sit through the embarrassing part where my son was pretty much the only member of his patrol to not get any awards. Pathetic.
Hey, though! The pizza place got the order correct. So that was something, at least.
