Restart my Adventure Path subscription

I hope everyone is enjoying Paizocon 2014. When you return and get the time, please restart my Adventure Path subscription (start with book #4 of 6 of Mummy's Mask). I tried to create the order online, but the system is unable to create an active payment method. All my information should be in the system. Please use the card with expiration date of 2016 as my active payment method. Also - if you get this message first, you may ignore my Emails about the problem.

Since we're so close to this months subscription shipment I've gone ahead and set AP #82 to your sidecart to be shipped together with AP #83 in the near future. Thank you. I was also able to restart my campaign setting subscription as well. If possible, could that order (Paizo Order # 3186529) be shipped with everything else (to save me some shipping cost)?

I noticed this morning that my Campaign Setting subscription order has an error message of "Payment Method Declined". I wonder if we will get this same error message once the adventure path subscription is spawned and set to pending. Just to check, I made a PDF order with the same card and it worked. So something with the subscriptions and payment method is wrong. Hopefully, you can push everything through into my sidecart to be processed with the subscriptions this month. I will add a couple other items to my cart that you can also place in the sidecart (trying to get a $100 order for the $10 shipping discount). Let me know if I need to do anything else.

I was able to bypass the payment error from my side, it was an error linked specifically to that order. We're planning on shipping out subscription orders for this months products starting next week, so I've moved your pending copies of Numeria, Land of Fallen Stars and AP #82 to be shipped with this months products, minimizing shipping costs. You should be good to go from here. :)
