I attend about 2 cons a year but this is my first trip to PaizoCon. Might be a stupid question but I assume there is a vendor hall? If so are there any details about the vendors, map of booths and times?

Not a stupid question at all - there have been vendors in past years, but I haven't heard anything definitive this year.
There definitely is *Paizo* as a vendor.
Paizo will have a presence, but there really isn't space for additional vendors. There will be a heapin' helping of third-party books in the store, along with a lot of gaming accessories.

Paizocon is a small convention. The shop is one room small enough that you can see everything from its center.

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH... No. It really really is a very small convention in that regard.

The Wayfinder posters were a nice find! Going to getting them framed for her. Also found some items I thought were out of print.
Question: why isn't Paizo making t-shirts for each of the iconic characters? Just personal opinion but there's a lot of potential for cool t-shirts to promote Pathfinder. Just from a marketing standpoint, wearing a shirt with Lini, Ezren, Valeros or the others, with therie name printed below ("Valeros" in the Pathfinder font) . . . that will surely draw interest while wearing it out in the real world.
