Still no news on miss cut card replacements!!!!

Hi there I have emailed customer support twice about the miss cut cards in my rise of the runelords base set. I had an initial reply on the 16th of June, assuring me that some new cards would be sent out to me but since then have heard absolutely nothing. Could someone please let me know the status on this?
