Reading the PFS guide I am a bit confused on what magic items you can start with.
Questions:
1) Assuming I have the gold, and fit the class requirements, I can buy scrolls and potions for 0-1 level spells. Correct?
2) Assuming I have the gold, can I buy say, 5 scrolls for a single lvl 1 spell?
3) Assuming yes to number 2 above, can I use those scrolls one after the other, each round?
Thanks!

Just remember you only start with 150 gp and the clothes on your back. So your scrolls are going to e very limited. After your first game you can probably spend 2 prestige points and get a wand of cure light wounds, which is twice as efficient gold wise as scrolls.
You can also buy scrolls that you DON"T fit the class requirements for. Many monks will buy wands of mage armor and pass them off to the wizard "Give me a hit off this would you?"

Thanks. That is cool. My daughter just discovered it. She was like, I'll take the "Rich Parents" trait, and then buy a bunch of potions so I can heal the party frequently.
Rich parents along with most things that mess with your wealth is banned.
The official pathfinder society additional resources list is a little hard to use.
If you check out the traits on Archives of Nethys most of them have a funny white circle with a funny X through it. That's the glyph of the open road and symbol for the pathfinder society. That means its pfs legal. If something doesn't have that its not allowed.

Also keep in mind that you CAN have a single scroll with multiple copies of the same spell, which would save you from having to spend a move action after each use to pull out the next scroll.
PFS does NOT allow scrolls with multiple different spells, though; you can have one scroll with five copies of cure light wounds, but you couldn't have a single scroll with cure light wounds and bless.

It's very hard to understand what is legal and what isn't. The links in the latest PFS guide are broken. I used a forum post to find the new link to traits, and Rich Parents is listed there.
To be clear, the free Character Traits Web Enhancement PDF is HERE. Additional Resources is HERE, and states that the following is legal:
Pathfinder Character Traits Web Enhancement
Feat: Additional Traits; Traits: all traits are legal except for the following: Hedge Magician, Natural-Born Leader, and Rich Parents
For any book/PDF except the Core Rulebook and the Guide to PFS Organised Play, check the additional resources page to see what is legal from that source.
