Can't seem to download my purchase

Hello! Bought a PDF the other day and I can't seem to download it from My Downloads. Whenever I click it, it tells me to wait ten seconds while the document is personalized, then nothing happens, regardless of how long I wait. If I try to click the link again, the process just starts all over again. Any way to fix this?

Scratch that, our webstore ninja just took out what was preventing the download. You should be able to access the PDF now. :)
