I purchased a gift certificate for my husband today and I can't access it to get the certificate number nor can I print it out. I can only see my order number.
Please help me, I'd like to be able to redeem it/give him something to redeem.

Our system is having some difficulties properly setting store credit to folks accounts. We're hoping to have this addressed shortly. For privacy I've sent you an email asking about the name on your husbands account, as soon as I hear back from you I should be able to set the store credit to his account. Thanks!
