Greetings Teddy,
We have more information on our billing practices here. With physical products we do not charge until they ship, however when an order is placed an authorization, or temporary hold on the funds will be created. When the order is charged the funds will usually be taken from this amount, but if the order goes too long without being charged the authorization will expire and the funds will become available for use again.
