The credit isn't showing up on my account nor have I received an email as of yet. But I have to ask, does anything actually work on my account? I don't want to sound rude but it feels like I haven't been able to place a single order for months without having to contact support.
I can't get my credit card authorized because your system doesn't ask me for the number on the back unless I order a gift certificate but when I order a gift certificate it doesn't show up unless I post a message on the forums.
I also haven't been given a full explanation as to why I was originally charged 48.95 shipping for UPS Ground shipping on 3050155. I was granted at 15 dollar credit but 33.35 cents shipping for UPS Ground still sounds excessive.
All I want to do is be able to pay Paizo for products and have them shipped to me.
Please help.
