emerald spire and kickstart confusion

Hi there,

My current order shows
1x Pathfinder Campaign Cards: The Emerald Spire Superdungeon, $8.79
1x Pathfinder Tales: The Crusader Road Print Edition, $8.49
Both of these items should be included in the 100$ print pack add-on correct? I assume I will not wind up with two copies. Also I further assume that even though the rest of the Emerald Spire items are not showing on the order they will ship in the same box at the same time correct?
