Merchant Noble Mini?

Hello all. I've been hunting around for a mini to come anywhere close to a merchant noble. Something similiar to the one in this picture.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you in advance!

Surprisingly that image looks a lot like the D&D miniature, Valorous Prince, set Deathknell.

I stocked up my mini cabinet with really CHEAP re-based noble stand-ins from the Heroclix and Assassin's Creed lines, like the Black King, this guy, the Mandarin, this guy, and Harry Leland.
