Goal: Become the premier source of Assassins in the River Kingdoms.
Vox Silentii will be focused on recruiting, training, supporting, and hiring out assassins. We do not plan on trying to rule empires or becoming involved in the politics of the River Kingdoms. We seek to provide a service and home settlement for those wishing to focus on the fine arts of assassination.

We're slightly expanding our settlement concept. While we are still going to gear our settlement primarily towards facilitating assassins, we've invited some companies of a different, but just as nefarious nature. Think of it as the hangout for independent contractors of a particular moral persuasion.
Therefore I amend my previous open invitation: whether you're a thief, a hired goon, a knife in the dark, a fence of suspiciously acquired goods, or just a plain old mercenary with a heart full of hatred and spite, join us and together we can build a more wretched hive of scum and villainy than the River Kingdoms have ever seen.
