I noticed that the capitols of Sargava and Isger have nearly identical names. I was curious to know if this was a coincidence or intentional and if it's intentional what the significance is.

Probably a coincidence, but both are Chelish so it makes sense in a "York" and "New York" or all the towns named Springfield kinda way.

Could be like towns in different regions that have the same name but are pronounced differently. Like Bourbon, MO. Pronounced 'Ber-bin' in America, 'Ber-bo[almost silent, partly dropped]n[/silent,dropped]' in France.

Things like that. Elidir probably rhymes with deer, Eleder with letter.
