Open enrollment and shield buddy invite

Question (and apologies if the answer has been given due to the fact I am on holidays)

When will people with open enrollment be able to sign up to the new website and vote for their Guild?
Also, any word on when it will be possible to send out the shield invites?

Folks with Open Enrollment can't vote in the Land Rush. They have to have Early Enrollment to do that.

They have to be a $100 buy in to vote for the guilds. So the OE people will not be able unless they up their accounts. Which will be available soon.

For the other stuff, they are not focused on work for that yet. No dates set.
