Duplicate order and other stuff

I tried to order and after I submitted there was no idication that it had been received. I placed a second order. I tried to take one of the orc minis I ordered off backorder so that I would be under $50 (the limit on my gift card) but couldn't. I've tried calling and e-mailing. No response for 5 days. Is this usual? New customer wondering If I need to move along.

Greetings VTBatMan,

We're currently waiting on the arrival of your Asylum Miniatures Orc Archer from our supplier before we ship out all of your products. We estimated that your order should be shipped within 5 to 7 business days from when it was placed, and you should be able to review the estimated fulfillment times for items on their product pages.

If you would like to have the order ship asap, I can cancel the Asylum Orc Archer miniature, we have everything else in stock and ready to be shipped.

The Orc Spearmen are currently on backorder and our system set them to ship individually to prevent them from holding up the rest of your order. We don't have any in stock currently--would you like me to cancel them or leave them to ship in the future?

For contacting us, you should be able to either call us at (425)250-0800 or email us at customer.service@paizo.com. Please note that our hours of operation are 10 to 5 PST Monday - Friday, it can take us a bit to get through emails from late Friday and the weekend.

I tried playing with the number of Asylum Orc Archers in the order to see if we had a single in stock, did you originally want to purchase one or two of them?

I wanted the order to ship ASAP and if that meant canceling back ordered items so be it. The problem being I needed them to arrive by Friday 5/16.
If you can make that happen great. The order needs to be under $50 or the card will not go through. Thank you.

PS I did try calling before 5 during your regular business hours but could not get through.

Called customer service again today. Talked to Katina - She was very helpful and courteous. Regained my trust in this company (if the order ships when she said it would).
