It is probable that, somewhere, there is some thread this week that explains this. I have been on business travel this week and away from my home computer. There is to be second land rush, tomorrow night. How do I sign up and record my membership in a CC (a.k.a. Guild for the purposes of this Land Rush)?
I have linked my account from Pazio to GW. I recognizes my new user name and passwd and displays my options. I have logged in
Where do I find the Land Rush page, Paizo or GoblinWorks?

What we know so far -
The GW website is where this will all take place. Guilds (settlement alliances comprised of companies and individuals) will be formed in the landrush leaderboards, players will join a guild for the purpose of determining its standing in the leaderboards and thus its precedence when getting its chosen settlement location.
All a player is required to do is:
1) Get themselves registered on the site by using the Paizo account linking tool OR the link you should be receiving via email (if you were not the one who made the actual purchase in the case of buddy and guild backer levels, or made your purchase through the GW/Paizo store).
2) Choose a Guild to receive your vote.
3) Wait for results to be posted each week.
You will be able to change your vote once it has been made, should you choose to back a different settlement.
