Hey Paizo! I have a question regarding the above order. It consisted of four items which were ordered together as preorders. However, when I took the items out of my sidecart to have them shipped immediately, I was charged $44.80 (seemed a little excessive for four items) for shipping and sent a single confirmation under the above order number. Then the items were shipped individually, each as separate order #'s 3104289, 3104290, 3104291, & 3104292.
Could you please explain to me why this happened and what I need to do to ensure that it never happens again?

Reviewing the order it looks like our system split your products into separate shipments due to their preorder status. Our system is designed to do this for non Paizo products since we can't guarantee third party release dates, however this shouldn't happen for Paizo products since we know when they'll be released, and this looks to have been in error.
I've checked the difference in cost between having all of the products shipping in a single shipment vs. the costs you were charged, and have refunded you the difference in store credit. I then applied the store credit to this months subscription shipment. Thanks for checking in with us regarding this. : )
