I just submitted this order using the "May14" promo code, but I didn't receive the full discount I was expecting. What happened to my 10% off? The order was showing the correct amount on the confirmation screen, but when I clicked on "Place my Order" the discount dropped from over $16 to $3.79. I realize that most of the items I ordered come with PDFs, but nearly the entire cost of this order is for the hardcopy versions of each item, not electronic copies. Will you please correct the amount charged to my credit card ASAP. Thank you!
