It looks like you were initially having issues with the Address Verification System check, but then the error message we received changed to "general decline of the card, no further information provided by issuing bank." My guess is that since this card was tried over 20 times, the bank may have flagged the authorization attempts as fraudulent.
I will be sending you an email in just a moment with more details about the Address Verification System check, but you may want to talk to your bank to make sure that they know the card has not been compromised and see if they can provide any further information about the declines for you.
