Download problems - personalizing works not correct

Pathfinder Maps, Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber; Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Charter Superscriber

Dear customer service team,

i have got a problem dowmloading "Deep Magic - glyphs, Seals & Wizard marks".
since about 5 Minutes i try to download this file, but everytime i get the message "personalizing, please wait..."
All other files of this order had no problems with personalizing & download, just this one.

I have tried looking into this matter and it seems like this may be a bug on our end. I am having our tech team research it a little bit more and I will get back to you as soon as the download is working correctly again.

I've gone ahead and given the PDF a bit of a prod. You should be able to download it properly now. If you have any other issues downloading your PDF, please let us know. :)
