Looking for Grafts...

So I have a shelynite fleshwarper character in mind.

I have Lords of Madness, the Fiend Folio, and FR's Underdark. Where are some other 3.5 sources for grafts besides Ebberon?

Note: I'm avoiding fiendish grafts so no demonic implants from WotR.

Umm, that's all 3.5 and 3.0 stuff.

Nobody has converted it, as far as I know.

For Pathfinder, there are Fleshcrafting and Demonic Implants.
