I'm sorry to hear about the state that your book arrived in! Seems like some goblins may have gotten to it en route. I've already set up a replacement in your sidecart to be shipped out with your next subscription shipment.
As for the pictures, if you would like to send them to customer.service@paizo.com, we can take a look at them and make sure that the incident gets noted to prevent future issues.
