HI. My Pathfinder Subscription copy of Empty Grave (#80) came in today from the PO severely mangled. How do I go about getting a replacement copy. I have pictures if needed.

I'm sorry to hear about the state that your book arrived in! Seems like some goblins may have gotten to it en route. I've already set up a replacement in your sidecart to be shipped out with your next subscription shipment.

As for the pictures, if you would like to send them to customer.service@paizo.com, we can take a look at them and make sure that the incident gets noted to prevent future issues.

If there is anything else I can do to help out in the meantime, please don't hesitate to let me know.
