Problem with Deep Magic Preorder

Hello,

I'm having two distinct issues with my Deep Magic preorder

Some time ago I preordered the Deep Magic book and it was sitting in my sidecart. A few days ago I was notified that my subscriptions had been finalized for shippment and I noticed Deep Magic was not included. So today I went to My account and in my sidecart, and I chose to have Deep Magic sent individually. When I clicked the button I was redirected to a webpage displaying the Paizo golem, that said there had been a bug. Now there is no trace of my preorder anywhere...

The other thing is that I'm still waiting for the free pdf of this same product (offered with preorders). But since I can't find this preorder anymore...

Can you help me? Lately, I've been experiencing quite a lot of problems with the paizo webstore.

I should add that this book was added manually to my sidecart by Sharaya from the customer service, following another issue with the check out wizard (http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2qvsz?Problem-during-Check-Out-process).

I've looked into your account and it seems that Deep Magic was hiding out in your unsubmitted orders. I've submitted the order and it should be shipping out either later today or early tomorrow. You should receive a shipping confirmation email when it does leave our warehouse. To thank you for your patience in the matter, I've taken $10 off the shipping price.

As for the PDF, I have granted it to your account manually. You should see it available in your downloads section shortly. Thanks again for your patience. Please let me know if there's anything else I can to do help out!
