Hello!
I think there has been a problem with my order - I tried to get some items added to my subscription shipment, to get the shipping discount, but they don't seem to have been included. Here was my earlier conversation with customer service:

I attempted to draw attention to a later problem that appears to have affected my order, but didn't receive a response. So my subscription has shipped, but not my sidecart, and I have been charged the full shipping.
