I can't tell why this is being declined, the only thing different was I used my phone to place it.
Should I delete my payment preferences and create a new one?
Or is there some other bug in the system?

System bug that actually unset the payment method from the order. The Transaction Declined message came from our system seeing no payment method. I think I put the correct payment method back on the order, please take a moment to view your order history to make sure everything looks correct.
