Unable to Find an Item!

A long while ago while I was surfing on the internet, I stumbled across a very interesting webpage. Whether it was here or somewhere else, I cannot remember. It was Silent Hill themed, and the topic in question was Pyramid Head's helmet. It was really cool, and from what I can remember was based off a helmet from a dragon magazine. If anyone has knowledge of what this item is, please let me know!
