The other times I always recive a mail with the advise this order will be canceled on date, and give me the chance for pay, but now the mail said it was canceled. Why?

It looks like the time since the initial release of some of the products has caused our system to automatically cancel the order. Some of the products have gone far enough past their initial release that the system is cancelling them assuming that they won't be given a proper payment method.
I can set these products to ship, but in order to ensure that they do they must be shipped together, I am unable to ship only a part of the order. Let me know if this works for you, otherwise if you'd like I can cancel some of the spawning subscriptions to remove the associated products to reduce the products being shipped.

Wich products are gone far enough past their initial release? I'll try to put them with some products of april, is that possible?
I'm from Spain, and now all shippments over $150 have to pay taxes, so I have to do different packages.
As you can see I`m with Paizo since the first days, so I hope we can do this.
Hope we can find a solution.

I was able to create individual shipments for the items while ensuring that they do not go over $150.00 per parcel. I am unable to delay the currently pending items as our system may attempt to cancel them again with any further delay.
I have the orders temporarily suspended to see if you would like to have any alterations made. You should have just received order confirmation emails for them, let me know if I can make any changes. Thanks!

I was set order #2999900 to be processed for shipping when we generate our next shipping list. I have left order #3089920 suspended until Friday as requested. If by chance the system attempts to cancel the orders just let me know and I should be able to assist you further, otherwise you should receive a confirmation email from us as soon as they ship from our facility!
