Dear Paizo,
I have still not received my latest order. I took the liberty of looking up the tracking number on the link provided in my email. This is what I see:
Mar 22 2014 Transfer to PO no further tracking avail SACRAMENTO, CA
Mar 22 2014 Ready for post office entry San Leandro, CA
Mar 22 2014 Package received by dest MI facility San Leandro, CA
Mar 21 2014 Package transferred to dest MI facility Auburn, WA
Mar 20 2014 Package processed by UPS MI Auburn, WA
Mar 20 2014 Package received for processing Auburn, WA
As far as I can tell, the order simply vanishes as of 3/22.

Thank you for your prompt response.
It's worth reminding/noting that my address has changed. I updated Paizo's records about a week ago. I just wanted to make sure that this 're-shipment' goes to the new address and not to the same one last month's "lost" shipment was sent to.
Thanks again for excellent customer service - as we have come to expect nothing but that from Paizo.
Robert
EDIT _ also it appears it went from UPS to USPS (PO = post-office I would guess). Which is where the tracking info from UPS stops. Sadly the UPS tracking number is not valid on the USPS site to track the shipment further. It would be helpful if UPS posted a new UPSP relevant tracking number to pick up the trail after they've forwarded it.

I can confirm that the replacements should be shipping to your newly updated address.
Mail Innovations is usually the least expensive method for shipping many packages, and was the method used for your most recent shipment. They operate by taking the package a majority of way, delivering it either to a postal office that will then deliver it to you, or to a postal office that can forward it to one that can.
Unfortunately not every postal office can offer tracking once the package reaches this step, which is why tracking may end when your shipment is transferred.
