It shows it was shipped March 28th, but it has not yet arrived. The tracking info shows it was delivered on April 1. Suggestions?

We shipped your package out from our warehouse on the 28th with an estimated arrival time of up to 8 business days. Today marks your packages 4th business day in transit, so I would like to give your package more time to make its appearance before taking further action.

While its fairly rare, packages can be marked as delivered erroneously during a delivery attempt, from previous experience it's common for packages to pop up a few days later on a latter delivery attempt. You may also be able to contact your local postal office to see if they have additional information.

If you don't see your package by the end of next week please let me know. We're always glad to help if packages go missing, we just ask that the original shipment be adequate time to arrive beforehand. : )

I called the local post office and they think it was mis-delivered to another address and the person who received it brought it back into the post office. it looks like it is on its way back to you. Please send it back to me when you get it. I have never had this hassle before so hopefully it is an isolated incident.

It looks the package is back in Redmond. Have your receiving people seen it yet?

I just checked our mail from the past 24 hours and it looks like it hasn't arrived yet. Shipments can come in later today though, so I'll check again later today. :)

Heading out on vacation for a week. Just wanted to check out one more time to see if the package has arrived. Tracking shows that it arrived on the 8th. Just anxious to get my order....

No worries there Daengren, you actually have a replacement pending even though the first shipment hasn't arrived back here yet. It should be shipping out later today. If you'd like I can put it on temporary hold so it doesn't arrive while you're on vacation, currently it has an estimated arrival time of 4 to 8 business days.

Let me know if you'd like me to keep it from shipping for a bit. :)
