Hi Paizo staff!

I've been trying to purchase "People of the Sands" as a PDF for some time now (almost since it first came out), and my card keeps being declined. I tried entering various permutations of the billing address, assuming that was the problem, and sent an email to the customer service address (which confirmed that that was the reason the card was declined). I've entered the address as identically to my bank statement as I can make it; are there any more thoughts/info you can give me on how I might be able to make purchases again?

I took a look at your account and while the address looks like it should be okay, I think it may just be something nitpicky that our system wants. I did not want to poke at it too much without contacting you first. I think it may be easiest for you email me directly at katina.mathieson@paizo.com and let me know exactly how your billing address looks on your bank statement. Then I can take a look and make sure that everything is lining up on our end.

I looked into your problem as well, and it seems like yours may be an easier fix. If you want to go ahead and try resubmitting your order, it should go through just fine this time. If it does not, let me know and I'll check in on it again.
