So, I went to copy/paste some rules to answer a question on a forum today, and when I tried to select the text, it selected the background picture instead (I'm using the V3 rules).
It happens on nearly every page on the side of the page that has the gradient to a darker color.
For example, page 11, when trying to highlight "Assemble Your Dice." it selects the background image (which I can then copy/paste/upload to show).
Is there any chance for a fix to this?

Yep, I'm using Adobe Reader X. Maybe an update is in order? Let me do that and see if that fixes the issue.
EDIT:
Nope, even after an update to the most recent version 10.1.9, I'm still having the issue, and I've already re-downloaded the rules again.
I can even select the images on the front page just by clicking. I'm using the Select tool (the one used when selecting text, single images, etc).
I -can- select the text on the other side of a page, but I have to start the selection of text on the opposite side of the page then drag across the page to select the text I want, which selects a lot of extra text that I don't need and have to manually delete once I paste.
It may just be an Adobe Reader thing, as I'm able to select all of the images (such as the cards at the top of page 7), but it's really irritating when I want to select text and it selects the image behind it instead.
EXTRA EDIT:
I FOUND IT!!
Under the Preferences->General section, there's an option for "Make Select tool select images before text" and it was on. I turned that off, and poof, I can select the text again.
I've no clue why or when that got turned on, as I wasn't having the issue with the V2 rulebook, so I thought maybe it was an issue with the V3 download.

Thank you, Hawkmoon269, I appreciate you mentioning that it wasn't doing it on your end, that led me to check my options again (I had already checked them before but nothing really stood out).
