Order 3056203 / Gift Certificate

I haven't received a Gift Certificate claim code yet from this order. Now it could be that I am just not being patient enough but can you take a look at this?

Once I have the certificate activated I will need to apply it to a pending order. For some reason I wasn't able to directly have the pending order charge my card.

I was able to poke the system and get the credit automatically assigned to your account. I see you have two pending orders currently, which one would you like me to apply the credit to?
