Digital (PDF) Gifting Options?

Hello!

I noticed during checkout this weekend that the digital gifting options seem to be disabled. Is this something that will be fixed relatively soon or how do we go about sending PDF gifts to others? It mentioned to contact customer service so posting here, though I can also send an email if that is preferred. Instructions on how to proceed would be really appreciated!
