Does the scenario you just completed make a difference when it comes to what you are allowed to draw from the box, if you need to?
For instance: The basic trait restriction gets removed when you start deck 3, but is it still removed if you go back and do a scenario from before deck 3 and have to draw from the box afterwards?
Did I just come up with an original question? If so...is that because it's a stupid question? lol

I would say it depends on the rule. If the rule applies only to you like rebuilding your deck when you don't have enough cards, then yes, you should follow the rules for the adventures your character completed. For rules that affect the whole group, like obliterating Basic cards, follow the rules for the scenario/adventure you are playing.
My reasoning is that the reason you are allowed to replay scenarios is to assist new or reincarnated characters. In that case, it seems unfair to penalise the more advanced character for being helpful. If the rule affects the less advanced character, however, it should scale for him in order to leave the experience more authentic

Such a party is well within the realm of house rules; the answer to that question would depend on the group (most likely, they would say they are allowed to, otherwise, why even do it).
My personal opinion would be that they should follow the rules of the scenario being played and only get Basic boons to replace what's missing, however, I would also not be the kind to go back to earlier scenarios to farm cards

After rereading the rulebook I would say the basic only restriction stays lifted, but you are still limited to Cards with decknumbers 2 lower than the adventure you just played. This gives you still access to some really usefull stuff without giving higher rewards for lower risks.
At least thats how I understand the phrase "whose adventure deck number is at least 2 lower than the adventure you are currently Playing"
But again, since english isn't my first language so I might mix up something by applying german language rules.
