My order for the Flipmat Seedy Tavern still pending, since its in such state for so long time, can i ask if there is something wrong ?

I am sure that i didn't receive it yet, and it show as still pending on my order historic. At the time i remember that i received a e-mail saying that it got out from order #2816334 because the product got late on the warehouse or something, but i am not really sure.

I've set a replacement to your copy of Seedy Tavern to ship with this months subscription shipment at no additional charge. On occasion our system can display errors, so I wanted to ensure that you hadn't received it already. :)

If you had any trouble with a brazilian customer who don't understand english very well, i can help. Some of them are already seeking me, but i try to make them contact you anyway.
( I work at a major brazilian bank, so people were already seeking help with international orders and credit cards support anyway. )
