Liberty's Edge 1/5

I couldn't find it anywhere, but does anyone know if there are plans to make content from the Curse of the Crimson Throne or Council of Thieves APs Society Legal? Or some of the other ones that Chronicles are currently unavailable for yet? I'd kinda like to get some credit for the ones I've played will play in. :)

Paizo are working back through the Adventure Paths for sanctioning, so will probably get to Council of Thieves eventually. However, they haven't sanctioned any v.3.5 modules or APs yet, so Curse of the Crimson Throne and the other v.3.5 APs are less likely.

Note that credit is never retroactive, so you wouldn't get any chronicles for chapters you'd played before the chronicle sheets were released.

So what is the point of chronicle sheets for AP's then? The likelihood of running/playing the same AP I've already been in is quite slim, why should I not be rewarded for having already played in it if my group want credit?

It's nice to have additional material available. Sanctioning Adventure Path material is one way to encourage dedicated Pathfinder Society Organized Play players to try out other types of adventures, and granting credit to a dedicated home game player might tempt him or her to try out Pathfinder Society.

Awarding retroactive credit is actually trickier than it might seem, especially if the gaming group is no longer together. Essentially, many small reasons come together to make this a rabbit hole we're not keen on exploring. Allowing retroactive credit is something we've avoided for our other sanctioned adventures, and opening it up for Adventure Paths would introduce pressure to allow retroactive credit for everything, complicating the matter further.

Consider this one more reason to share the Adventure Path with others, only this time as the GM.

Pfft! With very few exceptions, I'd rather play something new and fresh (well for me and my group anyway).

Agreed, which is why they've focused on sanctioning the newest modules/APs instead of the older ones.

I would suspect that playing Council of Thieves in a Pathfinder Setting would open the door for some really fun role-playing opportunities.
