http://donjon.bin.sh/pathfinder/encounter/ is a quick encounter generator.
http://pathfinder.dmtools.org/ is another good one.
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/indexes-and-tables/encounter-tables is the d20 site tables so you can pick what you need.
I recommend creating an "encounter template" like I do. I choose terrains, then have my players (as a party) roll to see what happens for the days encounter (we call it Oregon Trailing). Based on the terrain (say desert) I will draw a location appropriate encounter from my preselected (and pre treasured) table.
Having all this planned out ahead of time will save fumbling through books and rolling tables. It also lets you adapt on the fly (maybe they roll for 5 goblin encounters in the mountains on a row, grab a boss and insert him into the next encounter for a quick and naturally generated boss fight that also adds flavour to the world).

Terquem, both combat and NPC interaction are on my list.
GuardianLord, that is very similar to half of what I want. I was hoping the combat and treasure side of the work was already done by someone else though. I am still building my world and do not have time yet to make my own random encounters.
Edit: but I do not want a generator. I want a table that can be printed off.

Frog God Games is famous for tables/generators and may have what you're looking for. As for getting ALL the work done, I don't know that there's anyone that has a one-stop shop for it all.
I have a homebrew adventure with a few first level treasure tables (a-f, so 1d6 treasures). I made them from the AD&D 1e DM's guide. There are some constructive tables in the older versions - worth a look. If you really need my treasures, let me know.
