To what extent is having multiple deities allowed in PFS? Obviously the Pantheons in Faiths and Philosophies are allowable? But what about the worship of 2 non-conflicting deities (say one cultural from your homeland and one racial)? Is this allowed, and if so is it allowed merely as fluff or does it allow you to qualify for traits, feats, prestige classes, etc. that require specific deity worship (obviously you still can't have 2 religion traits)? Does it matter if the character is a divine caster or not?
Thanks for the help and insight!

Only one deity can be your patron deity, that is the deity which you gain bonuses for worshiping such as from Religion traits, magic items that require you to worship a specific deity, or prestige classes.
You can worship multiple deities, but only one is your patron, after all, multiple deities do in fact exist. Additionally, note that the pantheism section for Faiths and Philosophies specifies this: Note that single-class clerics gain their powers through allegiance to a single deity, and therefore cannot select this feat. If you worship multiple deities, this is simply fluff, if you want to not favor either of the deities and choose not to select a patron deity, that doesn't effect you so long as you are not a non-oracle divine spellcaster.

As the other two already said.
You can choose to worship as many deities as you like, but if you're a spellcaster who gets his powers from a divine source, you must specify which deity you get your powers from, and your alignment must be within on step of that deity's alignment. (And in that case you can't take the Pantheitic Blessing feat.)

One is a Polytheist. I suppose he's akin to "Benny" (he's even a Sczarni Rogue!), but it's more that he's so ignorant of how religion works that he'll go along with whatever zealots tell him just so he can claim the "rewards" they always promise.
To date he's been branded by Lissalan cultists, believes Zyphus is angry at him for disarming traps, and thinks he's friends with followers of Lamashtu.
I also have a Vudran Pantheist (only 2nd level), but for him I wrote down a dozen or so Vudran deities and their portfolios and he'll mention them during a mission if it comes up. Adds to his exotic character.
