I don't see why not, but it might be better to ask in the Compatible Products forum whether Midgard has any mythic content published as yet.

Our Wednesday game in Midgard just went Mythic. No problems so far.

The official answer is "YES!"

The upcoming Freeing Nethus adventure for Midgard uses Mythic Rules (ships in the latter half of 2014), and so does an upcoming Advanced Races PDF (in April or May).
